Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at kamrencoleovnuse@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
